Reservations close at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the day before the tour.

For example, if your tour date is the 10th, reservations will close at 12:00 a.m. on the 9th (midnight between the 8th and 9th).

Each tour requires a minimum of 3 participants.

Once the minimum is reached, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by email on the morning before the tour, and you may request either a full refund or a rescheduled date.

All palace tours include the admission fee.

However, if you arrive a few minutes late and miss entering with the group, you must purchase your own ticket to enter.

Please note that docents cannot be contacted once the tour begins, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, participation and refunds will not be possible.

The minimum age may vary depending on the palace and the theme of the tour.

For your safety, tours will be canceled in the event of rainfall exceeding 10mm per hour or wind speeds over 8m/s.

You will be notified by email on the day of the tour if a cancellation occurs, and you may request either a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Click “My Reservations” at the top of our website and enter your name, email address, and reservation password to make changes or cancellations.

No physical tickets or e-vouchers are issued.

Your reservation is confirmed through the email sent the day before the tour.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian to participate in the tour.
